Return policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us at selune.skincare@gmail.com by means of a clear statement (e.g., via email) of your decision to withdraw.

Conditions for Returns

• The item must be in the same condition as you received it: unworn or unused, with all tags, and in the original packaging.

• You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

• Returns sent without prior request cannot be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The following items cannot be returned:

• Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

• Customized or personalized products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)

• Personal care products (e.g., opened cosmetics)

• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Additionally, returns of sale items and gift cards are excluded.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the desired item is to return your original item. Once the return has been accepted, you can place a new order.

For customers within the European Union: You have the right to withdraw your order within 14 days after receiving the goods without giving any reason.
The return conditions (unworn, unused, with tags, original packaging, proof of purchase) remain applicable.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days via your original payment method.
