General terms and conditions of business

1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders and contracts concluded via the online shop Seluné (seluneskincare.com), between Yuliia Kulinich (Seluné, Lassallestraße 1, 68199 Mannheim, Germany) and the customer.
Conflicting terms and conditions of the customer will not be recognized unless Seluné has expressly agreed to them in writing.
2. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.
By clicking the button “Buy Now” or “Place Order”, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in the shopping cart.
Seluné will immediately confirm receipt of the order by e-mail. This confirmation does not yet constitute acceptance of the contract.
The contract is only concluded through an explicit order confirmation by e-mail or by delivery of the goods.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices include the statutory VAT.
Shipping costs are calculated separately and displayed during the order process.
Accepted payment methods: Credit card, PayPal, Sofortüberweisung, and any other options displayed in the shop.
The customer is obliged to pay the purchase price on time.
4. Delivery
Delivery is made from stock in Germany.
Countries of delivery: Germany, EU countries, United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, USA, Australia.
Delivery times: Domestic 2–4 business days, International 5–21 business days.
Shipping costs depend on region and order value.
Import duties, customs fees, or other charges abroad are borne by the customer.
5. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers within the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal without giving reasons.
Exclusions apply, for example, to personalized products, perishable goods, sealed hygiene items (if opened), alcoholic beverages with a delivery period of more than 30 days, audio/video recordings, or software in sealed packaging.

6. Warranty and Liability
Statutory warranty rights apply.

Seluné is liable only for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence.
7. Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of Seluné until full payment has been received.
8. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Mannheim, Germany, provided the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law.
